KnowledgeCharts™ is a website of Commodities Risk Analysis LC that supports CRA's Cocoa Advisory Service. KnowledgeCharts™ is available at no charge to individuals who receive CRA's reports through a company subscription or who contribute to cocoa market surveys managed by CRA. KnowledgeCharts™ provides access to the database assembled by CRA staff during more than four decades of advising cocoa producers, processors, manufacturers, and other participants in the cocoa market. Every chart includes tools that allow users to change the data series displayed, adjust the time period covered, and customize many other chart settings. Users can save customized charts in folders of favorite charts. All charts, including those that have been modified and saved, are updated automatically as new data become available. Users can share charts through KnowledgeCharts™ tools or by inserting them into reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and other documents.
Subscribers can access the data behind the charts in several ways. Users can mark points on charts, extract summary statistics such as averages for each series, and view tables containing historical values. Access to these tools is free. Users may also download data from charts for a fee based on the quantity of data requested and the amount previously downloaded during the preceding year. Access to large quantities of data requires payment by PayPal or credit card. API access to the database is available to companies that subscribe to CRA's Cocoa Advisory Service.
Individuals may subscribe to KnowledgeCharts™. The price of a monthly subscription is $100 per month. The price of an annual subscription is $1,000 per year. Subscriptions do not renew automatically unless the subscriber chooses automatic renewal. CRA does not offer trial subscriptions. It also does not provide invoices or receipts except through PayPal.
